令和3年度4月の給食

ごはん　牛乳　魚の塩麹焼き　大豆の五目煮　みそ汁

大豆には、体をつくるもとになる「たんぱく質」が豊富です。残さず食べて丈夫な体をつくって欲しいです。

Soybeans are rich in the proteins that make up the body. I want students to build a strong body by eating all the school lunch.

米粉パン　牛乳　鶏肉のハーブパン粉焼き　ポテトの香味あえ　マカロニスープ

ハーブ焼きには、バジル、パセリ、ローズマリーという3種類のハーブを使いました。「とてもおいしかったです！」という、たくさん声を聞けました。

Today's grilled herbs used three types of hearb: basil, parsley and rosemary. I heard a lot of students saying that it was very delicious.

中華丼　牛乳　バンサンスー　河内晩柑

今日は、ご飯の上に豚肉やキャベツ、玉葱など中華風のうま煮をのせた中華丼でした。日本が発祥の中華料理で、中国には存在しないそうです。

Today's school lunch was a Chinese bowl with pork, cabbage, onions, and other Chinese-style foods simmered on rice. This is a Chinese food that originated in Japan and does not exist in China.

たけのこごはん　牛乳　鯖の塩焼き　めかたま汁

季節を問わずいろいろな野菜が手に入る現在ですが竹の子は、春にしか採れない数少ない野菜のひとつです。たけのこご飯で春の香りを味わいました。

Now you can get various vegetables regardless of the season. However bamboo shoots are one of the few vegetables that can only be harvested in spring. The students enjoyed the scent of spring with bamboo shoot rice.

高野豆腐のそぼろ丼　牛乳　すまし汁　デコポン

挽肉、野菜、しいたけ、高野豆腐でそぼろを作りました。だし汁と調味料で、高野豆腐に味を含ませました。
[Today's menu]Koya tofu soboro bowl, Suimono soup, Decopon
Today, we made soboro with minced meat, vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and Koya tofu. The Koya tofu was seasoned with soup stock and seasonings.

わかめうどん　牛乳　もやしときゅうりのあえもの　明日葉の草団子

今日は、八丈島産の明日葉をつかって草団子を作りました。給食室では、約1800個のお団子作りで大忙しでした。

Today, we made grass dumplings using Ashitaba leaves from Hachijojima. In the school kitchen, we were busy making about 1800 dumplings.

ミルクパン　牛乳　フィッシュコロッケ　トマト入り野菜スープ　あまなつ

今日の給食はタラを入れたフッシュコロッケでした。給食室でひとつずつ丁寧に成形して揚げました。魚の苦手な子もおいしくたべてもらえたらうれしいです。

Today’s lunch was a fish croquette with cod. They were carefully molded and fried one by one in the school kitchen. I hope that even students who don’t like fish can find it deliciously.

ごはん　のりとひじきの佃煮　五目卵焼き　豚汁

つくだ煮の中に入っているひじきは、カルシウムや鉄分が含まれています。体にとてもよい食べ物なので給食でもたくさん取り入れていきます。
【Today's Menu】 Rice, Seaweed and hijiki Tsukudani, Scrambled Egg, Pork soup
The hijiki seaweed in today’s tsukudani contains calcium and iron. It’s very good for our health, so I plan to incorporate it into the school lunch more.

シーフードライス　牛乳　ジャガ芋とコーンのポタージュ　オレンジつぶつぶゼリー

学校のゼリーは、手作りです。約600個のゼリーを朝早くから調理師さんが作ってくださいました。
サンプルケースのオレンジゼリーを見て、喜んでいた児童がたくさんいました。
【Today's Menu】 Seafood Rice, Potato and corn potage, Orange jelly
The school lunch’s jelly is handmade. About 600 jellies were made by cooks early in the morning. Many students were happy to see the orange jelly in the sample case.

ココアパン　牛乳　豆乳のグラタン　キャベツスープ

1年生は、はじめてのパンでした。ココアパンを上手に小さくちぎって一口ずつ食べていました。

Today’s school lunch was the first bread meal for first graders. The students sliced the cocoa bread in small pieces and ate them bit by bit.

ソース焼きそば　牛乳　ビーンズポテト　清美オレンジ

ビーンズポテトは、じゃがいもと大豆を油で揚げて、特製スパイスをからめて作りました。
今日も「おいしかったです！」「ごちそうさまでした！」とたくさんの声をかけてもらえました。

Fried noodle with sauce, Potato and beans, Orange
Today’s beans & potatoes was made from potatoes and soybeans fried in oil and mixed with special spices. Even today, many students said, “It was delicious.”, “It was a feast.”.

わかめごはん　牛乳　ししゃものごま焼き　春野菜の煮物

今日は、旬のじゃがいもとたけのこをつかった煮物でした。生のたけのこは、この季節にしか出回りません。
給食室では、朝早くからたけのこのあく抜きをしたり、一つ一つじゃがいもの芽をとったり、とても忙しい一日でした。
【Today's Menu】 Wakame (Seaweed) Rice, Grilled Smelt with sesame, Boiled spring vegetable
Today’s school lunch was a boiled food dish using seasonal potatoes and bamboo shoots. Raw bamboo shoots are only available this season. In the school kitchen, we were very busy getting rid of bamboo shoots and picking potato sprouts early in the morning.

マーボー丼　ごまずあえ　いちご

　今日から、1年生の給食が始まりました。給食当番の児童は、しゃもじを使ってごはんを盛り付けたり上手に配膳できるように頑張っていました。
野菜と肉、豆腐の入ったマーボー丼がおいしかったようでよく食べていました。
【Today's Menu】 Mapo Bowl, Vegetable mix, Strawberries
From today, the first grade school lunch has stared. The students on duty were trying their best to serve rice well using rice scoops. The students ate a lot of mapo tofu with vegetables, meat and tofu, which seemed to be delicious.

ごはん　小女子の佃煮　いかの豆板醤焼き　ごまあえ　きのこのかき玉汁

今日の給食は和食でしたが「世界一、おいしかった」と声をかけてくれた子がいました。うれしくて一日の疲れがとれました(^_^)
来週からは、1年生の給食も始まります。どんな感想が聞けるか楽しみです(^_^)

Rice, Sand eel Tsukudani, Grilled Squid with Chinese Chili Bean Sauce, Vegetable mix, Soup with beaten egg and mushroom
Today's menu was Japanese dish. One of the students told me it was the most delicious lunch in the world! I was so happy to hear that! The school lunch for the 1st grade students will start next week. I'm looking forward to their comments.

セサミトースト　フレンチサラダ　ポークビーンズ

ポークビーンズは、豚肉と大豆を煮込んだアメリカの家庭料理です。たくさんの子供たちから「おいしかったです」と声をかけてもらえてうれしかったです。

Sesame Toast, French Salad, Pork Beans
Pork Beans is an American homemade meal, which they stew pork and beans. A lot of students said it was delicious, which made us happy!

カレーライス　ごまだれサラダ　くだもの（ニューサマーオレンジ）

令和3年度の給食が始まりました。今年度もおいしい給食をつくりますので楽しみにしていてください。
