令和3年度2月の給食

坦々チャーハン　牛乳　にぎすのからあげ　白菜スープ

坦々チャーハンには、甘辛い肉味噌をかけて食べます。ニギスは、骨まで食べられる小魚です。しっかり食べて強い身体をつくりましょう。

Eat tantan fried rice with sweet and spicy meat miso. Nigisu is a small fish that we can eat even the bones. Eat it well and build a strong body.

ジャージャー麺　牛乳　中華風スープ　スィートスプリング

ジャージャー麺は、甘辛の肉みそをのせた料理です。肉みそが食欲をそそります。

Zha jang mian is a dish of sweet and spicy meat miso on top of noodles. The meat miso is appetzing.

米粉パン　牛乳　ムサカ　レンズ豆のスープ　みかん

ムサカは、ギリシャのグラタンのような料理です。一つ一つ、給食室で作りました。

Moussaka is a Greek gratin-like dish. They were made one by one in the school kitchen.

チキンライス　牛乳　グリーンサラダ　ココアケーキ　いちごキ

今日は、ショコラの誕生日です。みんなで豆乳と米粉のココアケーキをおいしくいただきました。

ごはん　牛乳　鰤の照り焼き　ごま酢あえ　じゃがもち汁

鰤の旬は、冬です。鰤は、成長するにつれて呼び名が変わる出世魚です。汁には、じゃがいもで作ったお団子を入れました。

The seson for yelltail is winter. Yellowtail is a "Shusse-uo" whose name changes as it grows. The soup contains dumplings made from potatoes.

焼き肉ごはん　牛乳　ちりめんじゃこのサラダ　韓国風雑煮

みんなが大好きな焼き肉ごはんでした。スープには、トックを入れました。トックは、韓国のおもちのような食材です。

Today's school lunch was yakiniku rice, which students love. Today's soup contains tok. Tok is a Korean rice cake-like ingredient.

揚げた鯖に、甘辛いたれをからめました。ごはんがすすむおいしいおかずです。

Today's mackerel was fried and entwined with a sweet sauce. It's a side dish for rice.

かきたまうどん　牛乳　おろしポン酢あえ　おさつチップス

やさしい味のかきたまうどんは、温かく体の中からあたためてくれます。さつまいものおさつチップスは、3年3組、4年1組さんがリクエストしてくれました。

The gentle taste of udon with beaten egg warms your body. Sweet potato chips was a request from classes 3-3 and 4-1.

中華丼　牛乳　もずくスープ　いちご

野菜たっぷりの中華丼は、栄養満点です。もずくは、海藻の仲間です。今日は旬のくだもの「いちご」をつけました。

The Chinese bowl with plenty of vegetables is nutritious. Nozuku is a type of seaweed. Strawbwrries, a seasonal fruit, were also served today.

チョコチップパン　牛乳　魚のオニオンソースかけ　粉ふきいも　ハートのミネストローネ

2月14日は、バレンタインデーです。チョコチップの入ったパンやハートのマカロニが入ったスープを味わいましょう。

February 14th is Valentine's Day. We made tasty bread with chocolate chips and soup with heart-shaped macaroni to celebrate.

スパゲティミートソース（レンズ豆）牛乳　フレンチサラダ　デコポン

じっくり煮込んだミートソースには、レンズ豆を入れました。さっぱりしたフレンチドレッシングのサラダもおいしくいただきました。

Today's slowly simmered meat sauce contains lentils. The students also ate a deliciously refreshing french salad.

マーボー丼　牛乳　バンサンスー　りんご

豆腐たっぷりのマーボー豆腐は、ごはんにかけて食べました。バンサンスーは、せん切りにした野菜と春雨のサラダです。

We ate mapo tofu with plenty of tofu over rice. Bansan Sue is a salad of shredded vegetables and vermicelli.

セサミゼノワーズパン　牛乳　白菜と豆乳のシチュー　コーンサラダ

冬が旬の白菜のシチューをつかってシチューを作りました。牛乳だけでなく、豆乳も使い、栄養満点なシチューができました。

Today, we cooked a stew using Chinese cabbage, which is in season in winter. Not only milk, but also soy milk was used for the stew, which was very nutritious.

ごまごはん　牛乳　魚の西京焼き　おひたし　すまし汁

西京味噌は、関西地方で作られている白みそです。今日は「さわら」という魚を使いました。

Saikyo miso a white miso made in the Kansai region. Today, a fish called Spanish mackerel was cooked with it.

カレーライス　牛乳　ごまだれサラダ　スィートスプリング

カレーライスは、1年1組、1年2組、3年3組、4年1組、4年3組、5年2組、6年3組さんがリクエストしてくれました。大人気のカレーライスは、みんな完食です。

節分ごはん　牛乳　いわしのカレー揚げ　おひたし　けんちん汁

今日は、節分の行事食です。大豆が入った混ぜご飯に、いわしのカレー揚げを作りました。しっかり食べて健康な1年にしましょう。

Today's school lunch is an event food. We cooked soybeans rice and fried sadines with curry. Eat them well and spend a year in good health.

しょうゆラーメン　牛乳　ビーンズポテト　みかん

ラーメンは、とても人気があります。とんこつで時間をかけてじっくりスープをとります。うずらの卵をのせていただきました。

Ramen is very popular with students. We spend a lot of time on it and prepare the soup slowly. The students ate quail eggs on top of the ramen.

高野豆腐のそぼろ丼　牛乳　すまし汁　不思議な目玉焼き

不思議な目玉焼きは、桃と牛乳寒天で作ったデザートです。目玉焼きそっくりなデザートにみんな嬉しそうでした。2年3組さんがリクエストしてくれました。

Mysterious fried egg is a dessert cooked from peaches and milk agar. The students looked with the dessert, which looked just like a fried egg.
